Owens Educational Services, Inc. > Diversion Services
Classes are held every Saturday (excluding the first Saturdays of the months) from 8AM-3PM. The following programs are offered:

Minor in Possession (MIP)
Designed for first-time offenders, successful completion keeps a youth's record clean. This is an 8-hour Saturday program.

Anger Management
Designed for first-time offenders who have an anger issue related to their crime. This is an 8-hour Saturday program.

Decision Making (Sr/Jr)
This program is for individuals charged for the first time with shop-lifting, criminal mischief, etc. Two separate 8-hour programs may be required depending on age.

School Success
This program is designed for the habitually truant youth. An 8-hour Saturday program, parents are required to attend the first 2 hours. The last 2 hours are reserved for community service.
