TRIO (Training Related to Internal Objectives) Management Training is a four level program. A total of six weeks or 18 hours of training is allotted per program level. The program is designed for persons who have direct responsibility and authority in assuring that the “job gets done”. Typically team leaders, supervisors, managers, and/or department heads attend these sessions.
Our “grass roots” approach to training allows participants to not only participate in classroom theories and discussions, but allows them to practice the skills at work and report back the following week of their successes or questions from the practice.
Each session (topic) can stand by itself, allowing organizations to pick and choose the topics they feel most needed for their specific groups. We pride ourselves in meeting the needs of our customers in the most cost efficient manner. We can come to you on site, or conduct the training in our conference room off site where interruptions for participants will be limited. We just require that each participant come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
