This program is provided for youth while behaviors put themselves or the community at risk. It is a brief intervention to ensure stability of youth while providing rehabilitative services. The monitoring can be either passive or aggressive - depending on the court order and needs of the youth. It is a way for the trackers to locate a youth at any time, assures that youth are meeting the conditions of their liberty from incarceration and thereby assure community safety.
