Owens Educational Services, Inc. (OES) serves as an educational opportunity for at-risk youths, disadvantaged adults, and troubled families. We provide alternatives to incarceration and diversionary programs to persons on probation or parole; we provide educational programs and support to youth at risk of dropping out of school.
